I found this book sooooooo funny. I read it pretty quickly. Chick lit for sure, but very entertaining. Loved the main character

Pradžia - lame.
Kažkiek po pradžios - super meilės romanas. Įtraukiantis, įdomus, etc.
Ties viduriu - OMD kaip nuobodu...
Toliau - nebaigiau skaityti.

Išvada - skaityti nepatariu. Niekam. Rimtai. Fe.

I used to hate Jennifer Belle's writing, but I've been spending a lot of time around eccentric people lately and I'm starting to see the dark, crude peculiarity of her characters and world as more true than almost anything else I've read. I loved all the parts with the gun. So funny.

I wanted to see Liv give the Elephant Man more of a shot, but that would have required her to be a totally different person. Mehhh.

This was really funny. Didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did.

I don't want to say that this book was a waste of time because I did enjoy it. I am a new yorker wannabe so I loved that picture being painted of the crazy NYC life. Other than that I wasn't completely engaged by the plot of Andrew or the gun or real estate. I was mildly interested but not overly engaged at all. To me it seems like a weird but funny writer took acid and then wrote this and didn't know where to start changing it so she didn't. Felt like there was no purpose reading it but it wasn't bad/

This is the weirdest book I've ever read in my life but it was also pretty entertaining.

I was halfway through the book by the time I realized I didn’t like it, so I kept plugging away until the end. The main male character was so degrading to the main female that *I* felt used and dirty at the end of the book. --notes from 2005
