A nice inclusive romance 🫶🏻
As a fellow chronic illness survivor (no, I do not like the term "warrior") and disabled woman this just felt good. Her disability was never the issue of the story. It was just as much a part of her in the story as her doctor's degree. It's refreshing after seeing all these movies and books about this "poor disabled woman/guy" struggling with everything and then finding the only good thing in their lives in the form of a love interest. Definitely a recommendation for anyone looking for a feel-good, spicy(!!), inclusive romance! ^^

A+ idea.  C execution. The disability rep was WONDERFUL, but the writing itself was just not for me.  It pulled me out of the story so often; I barely finished this book.  As much as I love disability rep in romance,  I don't think I'm likely to read more by this author.  The writing is way too clunky, with so much telling instead of showing.  There's insta love, and Jay, the male love interest, has a point of view that can only be distinguished from the heroine's POV by the near constant use of the word "f*ck". I did like Frankie. She was fun and smart and interesting. But the last act breakup and the cartoonishly villainous ex stretched credulity, and I did not care for the audio book rendition either.  Just overall very disappointing.

This was a fast and  enjoyable read. I enjoyed the disability rep. Also loved the rope play aspect . I recommend this .
I did find some of the sexual scenes that had light coercion in it . That bothered me .

Knot My Type is a charming and lighthearted contemporary romance that will make you swoon and smile. The witty banter between loveable characters and the sweet, slow-burn romance make this book a delightful and enjoyable read.
