I love how this book shows people with disabilities and how they live their lives to the fullest without any problems. In this book the FMC is in a wheelchair and I loved how the author showed her having a fun and healthy sexual relationship where she didn’t need to be treated as delicate or breakable. The way the MMC learned about what she needed and made those things happen for her was just so lovely. Having someone see you, listen to you and make changes without you having to ask is such pure love.

A nice inclusive romance 🫶🏻
As a fellow chronic illness survivor (no, I do not like the term "warrior") and disabled woman this just felt good. Her disability was never the issue of the story. It was just as much a part of her in the story as her doctor's degree. It's refreshing after seeing all these movies and books about this "poor disabled woman/guy" struggling with everything and then finding the only good thing in their lives in the form of a love interest. Definitely a recommendation for anyone looking for a feel-good, spicy(!!), inclusive romance! ^^

Books are a fantastic way to be able to explore new things in a safe, accessible, and non-committal way. Shibari and rope play has never been super high on my list of "kinks I'd like to explore," but reading about someone else's exploration into learning more about it gave me at least a bit more insight into the overall appeal of the scene from the comfort of my own car (since I mostly listen to audiobooks on my work commute).

I loved Frankie's openness and efforts to talk things through as openly and honestly with Jay from day one. Jay took her refreshing candor in stride and did his best to match her, and pretty darn well for someone with as rocky an emotional past as he had (from growing up in the foster system to the ex who absolutely gutted him). I appreciated Frankie's friends, all of whom are truly ride-or-die for each other in the best of ways. I look forward to reading their books in the rest of the All Access series.

Overall, as a non-disabled reader, the focus on Frankie's capabilities as a woman in a wheelchair was enlightening and just really cool to read. The accessible adaptations to the things I take for granted as an able-bodied person were interesting and never really focused on in a way that fetishized or glamourized her life in a wheelchair, but instead just told it like it is and the things that make up her everyday life. And I appreciated when she called Jay out for his ableist thinking, which also called me out as a reader to rethink my assumptions!

trigger warnings: ableism, sexual content, emotionally abusive ex

Sorely disappointed that there was only like one explicit bonding scene. Don't half ass a bdsm book PLEASE. But there were 4 explicit scenes so I guess fine.

I really enjoyed the character relationships and the straightforward manner of the main characters. I love a broken man like no other and homeboy in this book was b r o k e n. But MC kissed it better so all good. Super cute and really dramatic in all the right ways.

Can't wait to get to the rest of the All Access books!

This was a fun romance about Frankie, a sexologist and successful podcast host, and Jay, a shibari rope rigger. I loved the disability rep and the way Frankie and Jay practiced open, honest communication in bed, but the story felt a little rushed because it was so short. I also found the dialogue cliched/cringey in places which detracted from my overall enjoyment of the book.

A sexy burst of fun! This book had me giggling, squealing, and smiling like an idiot from the very start. I adored the disability representation and the BDSM rep. As an Autistic person who needs to have lots of pressure to experience pleasure, the conversations surrounding accessible play in this book had me on the verge of tears. Not to forget, the sex scenes were AMAZINGLY written!! This book does have a subplot of the love interest’s abusive ex-girlfriend returning and publicly humiliating him, so please be cautious about that. Although this book is lighthearted and inspiring (tell me you don’t want to try rope play after this) I want everyone to be aware of any potential triggers! Seeing Jay deal with his abusive ex and work to overcome the harm she caused him was very therapeutic as a guy who has also been in abusive relationships. Overall, I’m ecstatic that we, as disabled people, are finally getting romance stories that show we have always been, and will always be, sexy as fuck! We’re allowed to have sexual desires and have sex without being infantilized by non-disabled people. We’re allowed to be the main characters of our stories and get brilliant happy endings! I highly recommend this book if you’re looking for books about kink, books with great disability rep, or even if you’re just looking for romance books that have multiple delicious sex scenes. Happy reading!

CWs: Abusive ex, emotional abuse, gaslighting, public humiliation, sexual content, ableism, chronic illness, cancer, etc.

It’s an easy read, yet it sometimes felt a little too rushed for my taste. Liked it nonetheless!
