It's as good as you hope it is and then some because it's Sense & Sensibility and Emma Thompson

Really enjoyable view when combined with Emma Thompson's filming diaries. Good humour throughout.

Sheer delight, what else is there to say!!! Gemma Jones on Divine Brown, some deleted scenes, reflections on acting as a writer and vice versa, Kia the most utterly charming thing.

I don't read much non-fiction but I really enjoyed this book. I love the Jane Austen novel, 'Sense and Sensibility' and really enjoyed the Ang Lee film of the novel. This book is a great accompaniment to the novel and film. It consists of the Screenplay, cast photos and a diary written by screenwriter and actor Emma Thompson, made during the creation of the film. A real gem.

Great read! the script I'll give another go while watching the film and the diary shows off Emma Thompson's famous wit and gives us a glimpse of what it is actually like to make a movie. Also that actors are humams with bad backs and PMS.
Would recommend!!!
