I really appreciate Dylan Marron’s thoughtfulness, nuance, and the responsibility he takes for how his work affects his listeners. I’m a fan of his show even though it can be challenging to listen to sometimes and I loved hearing about how it evolved and what he learned. It’s a hard topic and he handles it well. I very much appreciate that he is not mandating his approach as the best or only approach and understands the limits and that it’s not going to work for everyone. 

There are a few parts that feel like filler but they don’t overwhelm the book. And his narration on the audiobook is great.
