I’ve been a fan of Seth’s ever since I saw Freaks and Geeks. This book (while I am told the audio book is amazing) is an entertaining, fun, unapologetic ride into parts of his life. Highly enjoyable.

This was pretty entertaining - I enjoy Seth Rogen’s casual, goofy idiolect and his storytelling.

Audiobook was an absolute joy. I had to wear my mask on walks listening to this so strangers wouldn’t see me giggling. Seth normalizes weed unlike I’ve anyone heard before, and it’s refreshing as hell.
Only thing… I wished I could have heard more about/from his wife. She seems equally hilarious.

Super funny
It’s not too late to follow your dreams, Seth Rogen didn’t do acid until he was 36

Funny and insightful—great writing, would highly recommend to anyone who remotely is a fan of Seth Rogen and a must read if you’re a bigger fan!

This was just okay for me. I don't think I would have liked the book format, but the audio was entertaining at times. I'm not his biggest fan, & this did nothing to change it. I mostly tried it because I admired the work he & his wife, Lauren Miller Rogen, do for Alzheimer's (they founded Hilarity for Charity).

Pretty funny, but at times his excessive pursuit of weed, shrooms, Molly, and finally acid got old. 4/5

In my opinion, you can skip this one. I am searching to what to the point of this book was. I didn’t learn anything, I didn’t laugh, I literally had to fast forward through chapters because I just found them juvenile and basic. To me, this book just reads like a long stand up comedy routine filled with sex, drugs, and derogatory references to Rogen’s ethnicity.
I almost DNF’ed it a few times; only keeping with it because I “read” it as an audiobook. By the way, if you do dive into this one - definitely pick it up in audio. Seth Rogen narrates it and that makes it just slightly palatable.
