I chose to read One of Us is Lying because “13 year old me would have loved it,” but I quickly realized that was actually 10 years ago and I don’t have exactly the same interests anymore 💀 As for the characters: I loved Addy; I liked Cooper; I audibly groaned every time I got to a Nate section- he’s a tired cliché and really dragged down Bronwyn’s character. Moral of the story:
teenage boys’ internet usage is a public health emergency.

The book heavily plays on teenage stereotypes and stereotypical drama ... exept it cranks it up to 100 by involving a murder mystery.

I really loved reading this as all the new revelations came to light, and you could really feel the characters reacting to them (seriously, even the second read-through was sincerely awesome for me)
More than anything, I liked all the details of the characters' personalities and lives and how each of them were written to be lovable. I truly felt myself rooting for them each time I started a new chapter (or read-through for that matter), and I can not recommend this book enough to anyone who is even slightly interested in this book!
