Destroy Everything You Touch Today: Watching Pretty Little Liars, Season 2A by Jacob Clifton

Continuing to fly through my rewatch of this show and my reread of Jacob Clifton's excellent recaps. I feel like the show really finds its footing in seasons 1B and 2A, and it's still in the sweet spot before everything gets far too convoluted (I think that's seasons 3 and on, but we'll see).
This volume contains a few longer digressions that I didn't enjoy as much, including a discussion of bullying and then a response to a young reader questioning the conclusions reached in the bullying essay. It's interesting, but I found that it didn't add anything to the show analysis and felt out of place. Still, there are so many standout quotes and passages that I found myself highlighting something on every page. A great companion to the show.
