Great read

Pit and Skittles are each other’s ride or die. I love how she is the glue/momma bear of the group. She looks out for her men and make sure nothing happens to them. Love the chemistry her and Pit had even if it took them years to act on it.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the book but at times it got super repetitive with Pit being a douche and Skittles pretending she doesn’t know he’s in love her.

I can not, in good faith, give this any higher rating. But it was entertaining so.

4.25 Stars / 4 Steam Fans

Give this story a chance, even if the beginning rubs you the wrong way. There are time jumps that allow the characters to grow. If you enjoy the feeling of Fast and the Furious, then you probably will enjoy this story. It makes me want to read the rest of the books in the series, which multiple authors write.

Game Changer

I do not think 5 stars was enough. This is one of the best books I have read and now one of my favorite. Pit and Skittles are reason #couplegoals were created. From the moment you meet them you can feel the depth of their loyalty and love for each other and their friend/family.
Skittles is sexy, smart, and completely bad ass. She is the one to bring the men together and the force that keeps them as that tight unit. Pit oozes sex and sarcasm, but also proves to be a man dedicated to those he loves.
The moment Pit and Skittles meet you can see that the 2 of them ending up together is inevitable.
This story will give you all the feels and then some. This series is starting out damn strong and I will be reading it again while I eagerly await the rest of the series!!

Mixed feelings

I loved the concept. Pit and Skittles are really cute
and I love the authenticity of how long it took Pit to be in a place where he could be good for her, instead of getting together early and having his baggage hurt her over and over. SPOILER ALERT:

The thing that didn’t really jive for me was how Pit is supposed to be all knowing and it never dawned on him that it was “his dad” behind everything or how Blake seems to know but it’s doing anything about it.

The relationship stuff is solid but the issue/villain didn’t really make a lot of sense to me.
