Really liked.. didn’t LOVE. I was expecting to 5/5 this one but the ending ticked me off. Wasn’t satisfied with it but that’s just my opinion.. still a great book overall and I would recommend!

Second book by K.A.Tucker so far and I liked it much better than the first one.
The writing was great, the storyline was really interesting and the characters were just amazing. The switching between timelines was easy to follow and I think I found the flashbacks to the past a bit more interesting. However it was the right amount of cute and emotional. Really enjoyed this one.

Such a cute story! It kept me intrigued the whole time. The only thing that got a little annoying is her mentioning how she wasn’t sure if their love should be left in the past, or if he didn’t fit in her world in the now. Other than that I loved the characters love story! ♥️

I like K.A. Tucker's writing, but this dual timeline book spent too much time developing the main characters' relationships as teenagers. Half of the time I felt like I was reading a YA book, and for the remaining half, a lot of that felt like a workplace drama.

She’s done it again made me laugh and cry. I loved this. Not as much as the simple wild, but I still loved it.

It's a case of "it's not the book, it's me". I enjoyed the camp setting and the corporate setting, but the romance was a bit too much, I guess I just prefer contemporaries to romance.
I liked the characters, it was refreshing to have a corporate VP female lead, and I liked the various relationships.
However, the foucs on romance didn't really work for me. I'm a sucker for romance fanfic but might just not love romance books.
I'm still going to try some light romance ones though, I'm still really excited for The Simple Wild.

First of all, this was such a nice read. Second... if you notice in one of the early camp wawa chapters they mention harry styles but mr styles was not even known in 2006. I just thought that was funny and in 3rd... Kyle and Piper are very cute but yooo Ashley and Eric?! Come on now! The little bit of chemistry they had.. amazing.
