This was slow starting, but about 1/3 the way through I was hooked. Very good story.

i once saw a tweet saying that stephen king is obsessed with putting the n word in each one of his books. i picked this one up for a dollar. there is NINETY SOMETHING pages in this SHORT story, yet he still managed to slip it through?! why

I never liked or had these wind up toys that dance or play an instrument; just small cars that went zoom and killed nobody. I'm glad my family members made sound decisions.

This creeped me out. Stephen King has a great flair for adding supernatural elements to commonplace, ordinary things. Great characters too, as usual— I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Creepy f*cking monkey! This is what I expect from King. The monkey will get under your skin.

Damn those toys are creepy. Especially the one in Toy Story 3. Who thought they'd be a good toy for children?!
