Well, well, well!

This book is what happens when you have a firecracker of an FMC and a bit of an ass of a MMC. Pure chemistry with banter and spicy all sprinkled in!

Meghan and Sebastian had it set for each other when they first met. He fell first and played the card we expect from all bad boys claiming he doesn’t want any kind of relationship. Throughout the whole book, Sebastian gives Meghan and her trusty honey badger mixed signals to keep them on their toes. Wanting more, but trying to deny themselves.

- She must’ve forgotten how much I like the chase, the fight, the challenge. Because instead of snuffing out the spark between us, she just threw gasoline on it. You can run, little Banshee, but you can’t hide.

Sleet Banshee is the enemies to lovers book I wish all others were like. The push and pull, the tension thick enough to cut with a knife, but ultimately the respect for each other that lays beneath all of the constant bantering. Meghan and Sebastian make a hilarious incredible couple to read. I wanted to hug Meghan and tell her to let go of the misplaced self blame and I wanted to thank (and maybe kiss) Sebastian for never giving up on her. It's a great book and a must read!

Definitely my favourite of the series — I was kind of expecting that cause Meghan had the funniest most boss ass b*tch attitude and we stand for that

However…. I think the ending felt flat to me. I think with like another 50 pages their conflict could have had a better resolution and not just a “wam bam thank you maam” kinda finale

Would have been 5 stars but I thought the ending was a tad rushed.

S.J really knows how to make me giggle fr. I laughed so much during this book. Honestly though how did she not realize that Anna was his sister…. Like she met his twin and felt like she “knew him forever” and thought the same thing with Anna… like girl. They look so similar according to the description and when Sam picked them up…. Come on?!

Also fucking in the alley then getting head in the museum before they have even been to each others house

Two of Meghan’s best friends have found their HEAs with a couple of sweet, doting, head-over-heels-in-love ice hockey players. But whilst her friends got endearments like Kitten and Sugar, she can't seem to get away from an alpha-hole of a man who likes to rile her up and calls her Banshee. Sebastian makes Meghan feel hot and bothered with his dreamy voice and his adonis-like looks, and when he presses her buttons, he presses all of them, getting under her skin in a way that no man ever has. But when one of Meghan’s friend’s gets hurt whilst she’s distracted with Sebastian, she can’t stop blaming herself—and him.

I liked FMC Meghan and MMC Sebastian individually. Meghan especially has provided some of the best lines in the three books of the series so far with her sass and attitude, and Sebastian’s playfulness made for some laugh-out-loud fun. The sexual tension between Meghan and Sebastian was delicious, but I admit that the repeated miscommunication/lack of communication killed the chemistry a few too many times. I’m generally okay with and was in fact expecting a third act break-up at some stage, given the structure of the previous novels in the series, but this one did miss the mark for me. The reasoning for it was weak at best, so the emotional force fell flat. However, it was resolved suitably quickly for a sweet and lighthearted HEA.
