Wanted to like this but not great. Felt like a Dan Brown book plus the Supreme Court, politics and genetics (and a little unnecessary romance). Don’t think I will read more books in this series.

I’m a political and court junkie, but I just never really got into this book. Finished it because I wanted to give it a full chance, but it wasn’t worth my time.

I’m confident that Stacey Abrams does more in a day than I do all year. When does she have the time to write a high quality legal/political thriller while protecting voting rights and trying to save democracy?
