‘'Sshh,' he whispered, 'my husband's asleep. Don't wake him.'’

Man I wanted to love this book, I really did- It's about one of my favourite people of all time, it's about Freddie Mercury- one of the biggest and most charismatic people we've ever seen but it was just so boring. And I also felt that it was somewhat insincere- Why? Because Jim waited until after his death to release this and I am pretty sure that they never discussed it during his life and this book contained some pretty personal things, everything from Freddie and Jim's sex relations and his final days and dying and his health deterriorating, I am pretty sure that he wouldn't have wanted those things to be so public. That being said, the way Mary acted towards the people that were by his side until the very end was just nasty. Throwing them out of the place they lived in for years and trying to force them not to sit in the first pew during the funeral was jsut nasty. I am not sure what led to her disliking Jim because it's never explained but I am pretty sure that Freddie wouldn't have wanted that either.
