at  the beggining i was like "wowwww lets go  rock and roll" but then i was like "this   pretentious  people can never shut up" like yes i know this is a interview but still ... i was so annoyed with everyone...

Camila, Daisy and Karen deserve waaaayyyyy better.......

Hoping that the series is better tho

This book 100% should be listened to through audiobook to get the full experience. Having the full cast of characters narrated by different people helped differentiate who they were and made following along all the more easier. Most of the story was your run of the mill band forms, band gets really famous, band members get wrapped up in all different types of addictions. However, it ends in a positive note and had a unique take on the dismantling of the band. Lots of great quotes from TJR. Would recommend to anyone who likes movies such as Bohemian Rhapsody and A Star is Born

wow, that was a piece of a great book. nuanced, well-written, fun to read.

i loved, once again, the way Reid creates female characters - complex, complicated, powerfull, unapologetic, full of rage and with a big heart at the same time.

the dynamic between the characters was just *chef's kiss*.

glad for the author to make such good choices within the plot - which were apparently much better for the book itself, rather than to please the readers. it made the story have many more layers and depth you can explore

An incredibly engrossing story about a band's ups & downs as they make it in the industry. Unique way of structuring the book as it’s directed to be more of an interview/transcript format. Exhibits major life struggles that are faced & reiterates the different paths people in close proximity/ with the same goal have; everyone is on a different path, even if they’re doing the same things or working together in close proximity.
