I’m glad for the conclusion of sorts and all of the family getting back together for the holiday, but it didn’t wholly feel like it came to a solid end.
Did Cait end up having a girl?
Whatever happened with Jewel and Henry?
Did Jewel and Rowan ever make peace? They seemed like they would ultimately couple up and I found the ending sort of short sighted in that regard.
I see there is another series of three books that I think are about the Chase family kids so I’ll have to look at see if there is some sort of finality in those.
Ultimately, though, I so enjoyed this family!

It was fun to see some of our favorite Chase characters again! I especially enjoyed seeing Kendra and Trick again (my favorites, from the book Amber). To enjoy this book, you will at a minimum need to read Amethyst, Emerald, and Amber. Reading Violet is also a good idea as there are characters introduced in that book that play a part in this book as well.
I was happy Lauren Royal maintained the happy ending for each of our couples, even if there was conflict in the book. I wish we had gotten more of a story with Ford and Violet rather than them just being present for the Christmas celebration. My only other complaint is that I wish it were longer, haha!
