It was okay. It was a side book and I like the main series because of the main characters so reading side characters isn't as good as that.

I'm glad I read this one :-) It explains quite a few things in Blood Upon The Sand which had me curious!

Good but not great
It was great to return to a character previously seen in another novella, with a good addition to the characters continuing story line. Though due to its short length and quick addition of new characters it was difficult to become attached to any of them.
