For *expletive*'s sake, James Lacey is THE WORST.
Aside from James, this instalment was good. I don't like Agatha being so down on herself but the mystery kept me guessing.

I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to this series. I always want to start the next installment when I finish one. Comfort reads for sure.

Oh, Aggie! When will you learn?
HE’S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU!
This book was kind of downer compared to the previous books. Agatha let James walk all over her in this story, and I was irked! I wanted to shake the woman and remind her what an amazing woman she is. I’m thankful that she has her friendships with Bill, Mrs. Bloxby, and even Charles. I wish Agatha’s self-esteem wasn’t so low.
I was able to figure out who was responsible for the murders early on in this book, so that may have been part of the reason why I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I did with the other books. I still had plenty of laugh-out-loud moments and I’m ready to read the next book in the series.

It was a 'bag book'. O.K to pick up every now and then, I was a bit bored/annoyed by the 'investigation' but liked the setting - will not be reading any more of this series
