Usually watch Christmas With The Kranks every year, but decided to go for the book it was based on this year. The movie is honestly a bit better, book is getting a bit annoying with it's pacing. I didn't think a 200 page book could have bad pacing, but it's relentless and repeatitive. 

Every chapter until the final act feels like it's just treading the same ground time and time again. With this being my first John Grisham book, I don't think his writing style is for me. However, it was a quick read - the ending still delivered, but in the future I might just go for the movie.
