Amazing.

I hesitated to start this series/this book because of the age gap. That was a serious mistake I couldn’t put it down. Absolutely loved King and Cress!

King quickly became one of my favorites. I usually don’t read books where the characters are in high school, so I made an exception for King and I’m so glad that I did. This man (who definitely was not a boy) was pretty mature for his age, and he was very upfront and clear with Cress regarding where he saw their relationship going.

As for Cressida, I know that she came from a sheltered life and was essentially thrown into the den of this rough and rowdy MC, but she would move 2 steps forward and 10 back at times and it was a little irritating when it kept happening. It makes sense that she would do that but because you can’t just shed your old values and ideologies overnight, but I would’ve liked for her to grow into her new self a little sooner than right at the end of the book.

Overall, it was a thrilling ride into the world of The Fallen Men MC.

King and his Queen

Did I expect to be completely charmed by an 18yr old biker? Um no, but that's somehow what happened with this one.

Despite this being a student/teacher romance, I found myself understanding and emphasising with the love between King and Cressida. I really did enjoy their story. The only negative I have is not getting King's POV which I would've liked to have seen, otherwise this was a pretty good read and I'd recommend it to those who like MCs.

A few people recommended this book to me . I just signed up to Kindle Unlimited and saw that this book was on there so I grabbed it and started reading it right away .

I am so happy that I finally read this book. I enjoyed the story very much and I can’t wait to read the next one. Hopefully I can read it next month.
