I love, love, love this cookbook! They aren't the healthiest cupcakes, but they're easy and absolutely delicious. Every time I've made any of these recipes, for vegans or non-vegans, they've been a huge hit! Most people agree that they're the "best cupcakes" they've ever tasted. Yeah, cruelty-free DOES taste pretty good!

This book is AMAZING. The recipes are super fun and range from bake-with-your-kids easy to wow-your-friends complicated. If you know me, you know that I love baking. This book is fuel to my baking fire. Love it! My friends are constantly impressed by the cupcakes and frosting this book helps me produce. In fact, this book may be 75% of the reason I have friends...

These cupcakes are all amazing and NO ONE EVER guesses they are vegan. I bake batches and keep some in the freezer for when my food-allergic daughter gets invited to birthday parties.

ok, so technically i'm not reading it so much as baking from it.

by far the best vegan baking book i've come across. i'm selling all my books right now in preparation to move overseas, but this i actually bought after tasting one of the mexican hot chocolate cupcakes. two beautiful words paired together: "vegan", and "cupcake" i'm sold. this is heaven.

Cupcakes are too much work for me. All of that frosting/icing/decorating hurts my hand. However, if I do make cupcakes I use this book. I really like the recipes for the margarita cupcakes and the coconut lime cupcakes.

We aren't vegan, but one member of our household needs to eat dairy-free and desserts are a challenge for us. This is a fun book to read and the cupcakes sound good. I'll update my review after we've tried some recipes.

Update: The cupcakes are excellent! A nice variety of flavors, and most of the ingredients can realistically be found at our local supermarket.
