Our two groups are mixed but in the same dimension and there's definitely something else going on that is mucking things up for lots of people, perhaps the Cross Eyes boss man?  But really though, what is going on and why/how/when is everyone involved?  I feel like making one of those brainstorm connection boards/timelines to wrap my head around everything because there's so much happening.

SpoilerCommencing the in-depth world-building/lore/plot breakdown:

Devils are used to open sorcerer's chests where contracts exist and if you sign another sorcerer's contract (any they yours) you are henceforth partners.  If you do it under duress there is a clause giving full control over the other.  Also, someone under the influence of multiple spells gains immunity to others (like Caiman) according to Chota.  Caiman keeps having nightmares/memories and goes to the same park when he wakes up.  He gets a clue from a Cross Eye on death row and Asu shows up to tell him about Nikaido being held prisoner in En's mansion.  The devil Chidaruma (En's friend?) makes a new mask for Nikaido to match En's, and recognizes that Asu made the one she was wearing previously.  Doc Kasukabe, Doc Naux, Johnson, and 13 escape and make a run for it, but Ebisu/Fujita and there and stall until Noi and Shin arrive.  Shin and Kasukabe are reunited and he can't kill the guy who saved him ages ago so Noi heals everyone up.  Meanwhile, Chota is jealous over Nikaido and decides to poison her/show her a biopic of En's backstory.  He's super powerful and was captured to produce smoke.  When he was on the cusp of dying he was chucked out and a devil thinking he was a corpse took him to hell where he managed to survive before they realized their mistake.  They took him back to the sorcerer realm and he took vengeance upon the slavers and saved everyone at the factory who became the backbone of his family/empire.  There's someone who is leaving beheaded bodies around En sends some cleaners after him who end up perishing.  As a final attempt he sends Noi and Shin, who are not doing well when En follows his gut and shows up in time to let them escape while he handles the Cross Eye fellow.  He blacked out and when he woke up he was surrounded by mushrooms created from his smoke and he thought he had turned the Cross Eye dude into a mushroom until he saw a beheaded body disappearing through a door.  The whole reason why En has been looking for someone who can control time is because he want's to go back to this time (6 years ago) to figure out if he really died or nah.

We also get a tidbit at the end about how Nikaido inherited her shop.

loved the kaiman nightmare sequence, ofc loved En's iconic film, was nice to see Shin and the Professor's reunion, getting fatigued so will stop here for today, I'm rly close to being caught up to where the show left off.

It's really coming together in this volume. But I do miss the mystery a little bit.

This series is amazing, the more answers I get the more other mysterious stuff pops up, I love that I can feel less confused about stuff thats been a mystery but also have something I hope to learn soon.
