Such a lovely book! I’ve finished it in two days. And I loved it, I love the character of Phryne, the strong female character, courageous and adventurous living her best life according to herself and not as she should according to the society!! That’s the energy we want 🥰

Very fast paced, reads itself, good murder mystery!

I just got the hardback book published by the Poison Pen Press and there seems to be a few chapters missing. Weird. Now I know why there were some people that thought there was cliffhanger at the end. I listened to the audiobook and didn't' get that impression.

Quite the adventure for Phryne, and I love the details of flight etc. I especially liked, though, her comfort and care for the gay men she encounters who are threatened by the way a blackmailer and a murder suspect behave.
