That being said, this is such a cute slow burn romance. Loved the grumpy/sunshine small town vibes. The character development was perfect. The banter between them was great, the chemistry, fun flirting i was all for it. Love the game they played (lying game)

I feel like this started off so promising, then crashed and burned. I really loved that narrators and each characters personalities. However, together, they lacked chemistry. I wish we would have had more build up with their relationship

This book deserved to be longer with a slower plot and pace, 500 is nothing for such books, everything felt half-done or halfway done
