Simple, straightforward ... really a workbook with practical advice about re-working negative language and limiting beliefs.
Mostly I was curious about the author's business model and his use of media to create multiple streams of income. The book is a funnel to the website, where teleclasses, CDs, seminars, recordings, and certification trainings await. Perhaps it's all an example of LofA in action; just not my style.
