Forgot to mention that I finished this for one of the biannual bibliothon challenges and uh... well, this was intriguing.

This was exactly the over-the-top type of hilarious I was looking for.

The description pretty much says it all. When I first read the summary, I thought, "No way am I going to get this!". Then I realized that I had read other manga by Shoko Takaku, and liked them, so I figured I'd give it a try. Now, it's difficult to take any book that repeatedly uses the phrase "cock of peerless beauty" seriously, but it was a fun book nonetheless. A little clichéd, maybe, but the art was beautiful, and the haiku were priceless. Not a must-read, but if you, like me, need a regular BL fix each month, this might do the trick.
