I thought that this was a very nice book. I am a Christian but I have been deeply inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings and found such healing in many of them. Therefore I decided to use this book as a daily devotional as part of my daily meditation and prayer practice. I would strongly recommend this book to other people with the caveat that they should only read a section per day. Please use it as a source of daily inspiration and read each passage two or three times to really soak up the wisdom that Hanh has to offer.

How to love was really good you just need this in your life and it makes you sit around and think about how you love others, and what love means to you and to others .

“Understanding someone’s suffering is the best gift you can give another person. Understanding is love’s other name. If you don’t understand, you can’t love.”

Short. Sweet. Simple. Serene.

Thich Nhat Hanh is more than a Zen master. He is a wise, gentle, and rare human being. "How to Love" discusses just that. How to love, how to understand our partner, ourselves, how to cherish others and the world around us, and how to overcome struggles and suffering. Simple yet powerful.

“Every person is a world to explore.”
