There are so many obscure villains Wonder Woman has like Fireworks Man and Mouse Man, I wish there was a Wonder Woman run (written by an acclaimed writer like Gail Simone or Greg Rucka) that would actually explore all these obscure villains in fine detail. Then I think her rogues gallery would be as beloved as Batman's or Spider-Man's.
