The author did a wonderful job giving the reader a lot of clear, easy to understand information from a variety of spiritual traditions. Because there are a variety of traditions represented, not every prayer/request is going to appeal to every reader. However, that means that there is a good chance that one of the prayers will be from a tradition the reader is comfortable with. This is the second book I've read by Jason Miller, and I expect that I will read others.
