A very romantic story about a wife who left her widowed husband a list of women to consider marrying after she had been gone a year. The story alternates with his voice and the voice of the three women, two of whom have struggling relationships as well.

Wonderful. I read it in 8 hours and it wasn't even large print.

This book is the second one I've read by Debbie Macomber.I liked the story, but sadly this book was a bit too predictable for me. If I read this book first I'm not sure if I would've tried any of the others. The idea was cute. Hannah writes a list while on her death bed giving her husband three women he could seek out a year after his death and possibly fall in love with one of them.

This book was OK. I usually like to read a 'lighter' book after finishing a more literary book but this was lighter than light! Although it's billed as number 7 in the Blossom Street series there is not much more than a passing reference to the characters I've gotten to know in the previous six books. The premise was great - on the 12 month anniversary of his wife Hannah's death, Dr Michael Everett receives a letter from Hannah (via her brother). In that letter she tells Micheal that she wants him to re-marry and gives him a list of three women that she wants him to contact. I didn't feel enough connection to any of the characters to really enjoy this book. I'm wondering if I'll even keep going with the series.

So many things wrong with this one. Too much God. The other two women were insufferable. Only reason I didn’t DNF was the connection between the two and I wanted to see how their story played out. The third act breakup and forgiveness was unbelievable.
