First books are always amazing so there had been a number of second book the made so mad but unbound was not one of them. Every time I read book by a female author I always except a lot of romance but after reading this book I think I should stop with my prejudice to them. This book that everything you need in a good book (at least for me ) action , romance , strong storyline , good writing , comedy , character development. In this book the main character struggled with her self and the main thing I loved about this book is the fact that every other fantasy book I read after killing the villian , the main character is just fine but in this book showed that real feelings and when I was reading it I can truly believe that a person can go through this and that's what makes this book more believe able.
The main character Mackenzie is such a Strong person. she is one of the few characters that I had read that makes me think about myself and make me want to change stuff about by self or at least make me think how stupid I would been in a particular situation and how I would had totally died.
Anyways this book was amazing and I really wish Victoria Schwab makes a sequel because we really need one like asap.

Geef my guyliner maar. I love it!

I Devoured This Book

The second I finished The Archived, I purchased The Unbound, not waiting a moment to continue the adventure. I was so engrossed in this story that I read 80% of it in one day, and finished it in the moments before, during and after work today. It's just that amazing. I'd give anything for Victoria to decide to grace us with a third book someday. What does the future hold for Mackenzie and Wes? Spoiler: WHAT'S HIS REAL FIRST NAME?!

UPDATE: moments after writing this, I discovered, “Leave the Window Open” — A Wesley Ayer’s Story

Bless you, Victoria!!!

This was great sequel, I liked it as much as the first. I felt that the characters develop nicely and I actually really enjoyed the instability of McKenzie's sanity. I also appreciated getting to see some new characters within the Archive and learning about how it's structured in a more distinct way. The love triangle between Wes, Mackenzie, and Cash was a little annoying but I'm happy that it was not distracting from the overall plot. I would defiantly recommend this.
