such a cool and quick read!! it’s written like an ethnography where he tracks themes and/or specific studies as they have come up throughout his career. hovers around the questions of a) whether musicality is biological or cultural, and b) what might be the neurological basis for musical experience across human and nonhuman species. prepare to have several head-scratching aha moments.
