Just way more clinical/scientific than I wanted. But after all, cultivating mushrooms is tricky, so I don't know that I'm going to find any dummy's guide to it.

[b:Mycelium Running: How Mushrooms Can Help Save the World|239395|Mycelium Running How Mushrooms Can Help Save the World|Paul Stamets|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1173028117s/239395.jpg|231895] was one of my favorite books last year, but it left me with a lot of questions. So I checked out another one of Paul Stamets' books...and this book answered those questions but left me with another round of things to ponder. This may be an endless cycle?

Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms was more technical than Mycelium Running, and it does get tedious in sections. But Paul Stamets' enthusiasm (and genius!) shine through --- I highly recommend it to anyone who's already read Mycelium Running and wants to learn more.
