Stupita dalla bellezza di questi manga. Sono cresciuta con Sailor Moon, ma ero troppo piccola per capire certe cose. Più leggo questa saga, più mi appassiono alla storia e alle mie eroine amiche di infanzia ❤️

I loved the first act and all the info we finally got to know but the later acts felt a bit too jumpy and incoherent

This one has a long story about Luna, which has everything I love about the series, only told in a more coherent fashion and without any padding. I loved it to bits. And cried, of course.

I was a huge fan of the Sailor Moon TV series when I was a tween and teenager. I recorded all the episodes I could and rewatched them several times. When I realized my library had the manga it wasn’t a hard decision to read it. And I very much plan to read all of it!

I started my journey with the Sailor Moon Eternal edition, but volume 1 is the only one my library has. So I had to get the original editions for the remaining volumes. In this volume, we’re still squarely in Sailor Moon season 1, with the addition of Sailor V to the crew. But the story gets much darker than in the TV series, which I’m quite enjoying. I’m very curious to see how the manga and the TV show differ in the final battle, which should be happening next volume.

As always, the artwork is impeccable and the translation notes at the end of the volume are very helpful. Every time I read one of these volumes it just keeps me wanting more.

If you were a Sailor Moon fan when it was aired, and haven’t read the manga, do yourself a favour and pick this up. It’s a blast from the past, but at the same time, a slightly different and more mature version of the story.
