It was fine. The B plot should have been the A plot. I was far more invested in
her past experience and how it was coming back to haunt her than whatever her husband was up to.

I thought this book moved way too slow. I found that the twists and turns were almost predictable and that for being such a smart woman she could follow what was happening in her home life. I don't think that I will be moving on with this series as I was not impressed.

Really enjoyed this book, and was glad that Jessie was able to figure things out all around her.

Her loss broke my heart, as well as all the other wives/moms feeling like that's all they were, that they weren't allowed to be more than that.

The end twist I saw coming a bit, but it still hit me hard. Looking forward to the next book!
