Very insightful little manual. A great reminder to not focus on things that are out of our control. I didn’t agree with every little section, but on the surface level it was all very good information! Definitely a good read after graduating college.

Its good- but the translation is slightly off, so some of his teachings seem askew. I recommend reading multiple works of Epictetus from different translators in order to get a proper understanding of his teachings.
