Attempting to better educate myself (admittedly I'm mad I should have to, but tweets only do so much) on this topic, and I'm really glad I started here. While part biographical and fully entrenched in it's author's faith, I deeply appreciated the dually scientific and empathetic tone the writing has. Parker provides a clinical and deeply moral look at abortion, especially in the communities who have been hardest hit with anti abortion laws. His understanding of the history of the abortion movement in America, as well as it's ties to religion were incredibly fascinating.
