mostly a timing thing and that i didn’t read it at the right point in life, but this really did not move me. disappointed that it didnt!

A fun little story told well. Imparts some good lessons everyone needs to be reminded of from time to time, sometimes in a cheesy way. Don't let the disappointed pseudointellectuals who thought the secret of the universe was gonna be in this 171 page book discourage you from enjoying a quick entertaining romp across the desert.

I know so many have raved about this book, and I’m not sure if my expectations were simply too high, but I did not enjoy it. I kept waiting to feel moved, but I didn’t feel much of anything at all.
