This book.... The Brontë sisters just make my heart almost burst! This book ill carry it forever in my mind and heart!!!! Jane and Mr. Rochester shows what love should be, kind, pure and not by how old are you, what you wear or how you look but by what your soul is, how you use your brain! I just love this book

In the end I quite enjoyed this. After Pride & Prejudice and Wuthering Heights, this novel agreed with me much more. Better fleshed-out, more likeable characters and a more down-to-earth style of writing.

The first time I read Jane Eyre about five years ago I gave it 4 stars but this time I’m changing it to 5. I really enjoyed this book and I’m glad I had to pick it up again for uni. Knowing some more historical context to certain topics definitely made it more interesting!
