Enjoyable Vampire Duet

This duet was a fun read. All the supporting characters were great, especially Lor, loved him!? would love to see a book for him.
I also really liked the character development of the MMC. He probably grew the most out of all the characters. He learned to love again basically. The FMC was great! She was tough and asserted herself but she also knew when it was enough. There was a scene though where she got angry over something the MMC said that made no sense at all, but apart from that I enjoyed it, very well done

Great ending to the duology.
Not as strong as the first book but still very enjoyable. I would love to see the stories of some of the other characters, given some of the things that were left unfinished or unanswered. So I'm just crossing my fingers for future books.
Really love the relationship between Silas and Quincy. They were so perfect together and balanced each other out.

A stronger start than finish for me, but overall still very enjoyable story. I have missed reading about vampires and this was the perfect fix.

Such a great follow up from book 1. I definitely enjoyed this more, experiencing all the horrible stuff done to Quincy alongside her. If I enjoyed Silas in book 1… well, it’s nothing compared to him now. Quincy really rises up in this one, making her rise to his side very pleasant, well done, and often, amusing. She definitely has a lot going for her as a queen. We got a bit of lore in book 1 but I felt this one went deeper into the whole thing, also furthering addressing his kinghood to a more understandable level though I do wish more development was done on this through the duet. The romance was spicy, and I’d so be here for a Lorcan novel. He probably became my favourite character. All in all, such a wonderful vampire duet.
