A tremendously interesting read about the Lean UX process. I've learned quite a lot through it, and also spotted several weakness I've encountered while working with business. It cleared a lot of the processes I'm used to work with, making them more straightforward and efficient. For me it's a must read for anyone working in the UX field nowadays, helping shape products that work in a more powerful way. It also includes user testing throughout the whole process and not just at the end of it, while mixing it quite nicely with the Agile-Scrum methodology (even if this will need a bit of a fight for some company).

I'll admit i went into this book with different expectations, hoping to learn about UX and how to make the process more UX. Although the book does introduce typical UX techniques, it does not however introduce anything particularly groundbreaking towards my understanding of UX. This may be because the book was written quite a while back in 2013 and it may be the pioneer of its time.

What it does pretty well however is produce good examples of how a transformative framework can be applied to the workplace, and how to shift the company's objectives to focus on iteration and collaboration. 3.5/5

Solid overview and concepts. Felt a little on the short side, but that's probably okay as that leaves more time to actually implement these ideas.

Read this for work (i work in tech now lol) and LOVE the concepts of this, was super useful. However, definitely dragged on a bit, like after a while, you just get it. Didn't feel like I got much out of the last 1/3 of the book.

This has some good primer info for someone like me learning about UX design, but it felt stretched a bit thin. Also, I wasn't in the target audience for the last 1/3 of the book, which felt aimed at managers.

This book is a very helpful tool for describing how to create and maintain a good UX Process within an Agile environment. It has many concrete examples and specific tips, which I greatly appreciated. A must-read for anyone on a product design team.

Can't say I've found too much about UX, but it's a starter.

I'm biased in that I work with these guys, but it's a great book on learning how Lean principles and UX come together.
