This is a really great series. I only wish the phrase “Oh Holy One” wasn’t in every other paragraph. That’s my only thumbs down in the series so far. I question whether the almost sex scenes are actually YA appropriate, but I’m not a parent.

Wow…. Just wow.

I enjoyed The Black Witch, I *loved* this! 

This sequel is everything that a sequel should be and more… I fell more and more I’m love with the characters with every page…

The feeling this book ignites is sitting in front of a warm fire with an amazing hot cup of “something” on a cold winter night…being warm and cosy! 

I just love how this story is progressing and how amazingly detailed and intricate the plot is woven together with the fantastic character development! 

Really one of the best books I have read in a while… it had me laugh out loud, audibly gasp and squeal, ugly cry and give up sleep… all the qualities that make a book instant 5/5⭐️
