I think Levine's ideas about how trauma manifests itself physically in one's body is important. Likewise so is his sense of how to extract it from the body and mind. What's not so clear is his method, which he seems to dance around through redundant scenarios. It would be nice if he could provide more concrete examples of how his treatment has worked for his various patients over the years.
