I think this book was recommended by someone on twitter when there was a generl discussion on the implosion of American dollar and reneging on all debt....I thoroughly enjoyed this as it was interesting what the author thought would happen from both a micro and macro viewpoint! Well written if you have a general economic interest

Great imagining of a near-term future where the economy in the USA has collapsed.

Sucks you in but basically felt horrifyingly despairing about the future the whole time I was reading it. Definitely would not recommend reading during Covid times (or any other disaster)
