The beginning of the series had so much potential, but this ending fell so flat. I felt like the author went for a safe option to explain everything. I found it a very unsatisfying for an ending to an otherwise great series.

This trilogy started off amazing and the first half of this last book was great! Then it felt really rushed at the end and these kids literally could not catch a break. And the epilogue was really…ugh. Just why did you have to do that. It was perfect a perfect ending and then I hated it all over again.

It’s like a running gag at this point. This one is like Squid Game meets Illuminae, but in all the bad ways. I hated the characters. I hated that nobody is ever really dead. I hated that it was so far fetched it literally gave me a headache.

I have no disrespect toward the work of the author or the author himself. He wrote a story he was proud of and I am sure there is a public for him and his book out there. I just could not get into this last one. Even if I did try hard in order to.

What a banging series! I'm not the biggest fan of post-apocalyptic as a genre in general but when my gf Jen said I had to read it, that it was awesome - I couldn't say no - and I couldn't agree more. Paced with twists and upheaval, the troops inside Project Nemesis never get a chance to breathe! Survival is their only goal and they would do almost anything to achieve it. Such a well put together story that challenges the imagination and plays with artificial intelligence and consciousness in ways I never expected. Don't pick it up unless your buckled in for all three books - this is your warning. 😉👍

This was an interesting addition to the series. I didn’t it like as much as the first two. I was looking forward to seeing life on Earth a million years into the future, however that is not what happened.

There were some weird plot holes and attempts to wrap story arcs up that didn’t totally work. The idea of a sentient hive being battling humans in space has been done a lot of times before, so that wasn’t the most exciting thing to read.

Still pretty good. The prologue made it seem like a fourth of the series?
