FANTASTIC!! I'm always up for a man vs. nature action-adventure and this one fits the bill perfectly.

Sorta like Jurassic Park, but different enough to be new and thrilling. The dedicated Rangers, scientists, and soldiers are truly heroic and the slimy politicians and wack scientists truly revolting. Obligatory annoying woman (and a reporter to boot) stupidly engages in monster chasing and causes tragic death. I hate that, can you tell? It gets a bit slow during the hunt/chase stretches, but then you also get cool spelunking adventures and submarine chases.

SUPER AWESOME book!!!

I got my copy at no cost, however my review is only my own. Fast moving, tense, thriller. Enough plausibility to keep up with the story, enough made up things to help me keep it separated from real life.

I love the concept but I really feel like a quality editor could have done this book a world of good. I had to frequently guess who was talking in group conversations because it's not said. Characters repeatedly discover things that they already knew which makes it seem like the book was written out of order and clobbered together for example "That's George outside!" and a page later "As I ran out, I realized it was George." Maybe all the characters just have horrendous short-term memories? I'm a sucker for dinosaurs so I'll read anything but this was a struggle.

Couldn't finish. Gave it 75 pages because dinosaurs... but between the typos, the heavy-handed writing, the judgy characters, etc. I just can't anymore.

Pretty good. Parts went way too long and the final fight seemed anti climactic but overall I enjoyed it

I love dinosaurs, and thought I would give this book a shot. Wow, I so enjoyed it. The writing is easy-to-read, the characters are well developed, and the idea was well researched. I stayed up half the night reading this book.

This book was surprisingly good. It had it's flaws but I love the setting (gre up in Oregon), I loved the characters and the storyline.
