Great stuff ... Shusterman has a twisted mind and I *love* it! So talented, so much fun, Shusterman hasn't disappointed me yet and he continues to impress me with his seemingly unending well of original ideas. I love that I never quite know where he's going with a story or how it's all going to end. That's talent.

This book was the perfect mixture of dark and creepy, giving me things to think about while also not terrifying me out of my wits and giving me additional anxiety. Very strong recommend.

A nice enjoyable read. Nothing to scary but still fun to read.

I don't think I've ever read a collection of stories this well put together or this amusing. I loved every one of them.

Favourite stories were "Flushie", "Screaming at The Wall" and "The River Tour." Least Favorite story in this collection by far was "Ralphy Sherman's Root Canal".

One of my favorite childhood books, although some of these stories absolutely terrified me for years.
