A magical tale of a little girl’s adventures during that time when we were all grounded in our homes, a country in lockdown, because of the Covid pandemic.
The characters were amusing and well-written. It left me wanting to know more about the Grubblers, and how they came to be. I hope this will be expanded on in another book. Also, I hope the relationship between the girls will be explored more, and an even stronger friendship formed. This is a story that can be carried over into many more books, making a series of The Grubblers.
I hope this happens.
A fab read for children and adults.
It’s a 4⭐️ read from me.
Thank you to Random Things Tours and Silverwood Books for providing me with a print copy in exchange for my own honest review.
