So the fight with Arlong was over way faster than I thought it would be, which is not a bad thing... actually it's kind of good, because I tend to get bored of the extremely drawn out fights in shounen manga. I'm also really looking forward to actually getting to the Grand Line part of the series.

This one was alright, and I’m glad this arc is over. It felt never ending low key lmao. Apparently it’s on the up and up from here.

Arlong Park is no more! That was an intense fight scene, and I didn't trust that Arlong was actually dead. I kept thinking he would come back! Nami's story is so good, and I loved how Luffy took Arlong Park down from the top where Nami's chart room was. The crew set sail and meet some old acquaintances at Roguetown. Alvida was a shocker to me!
