Wow where do I even start ,this book had me sat on the edge from the first words my hatred for Remi’s mother was instant and grew immensely throughout the book. Evan’s pain in the first few chapters was palpable my heart bled for what he had lost and how he was going to move forward and grieve as well as take care of little Remy and just when he thought he was alone Simon arrived and eased his burden . The homophobia scenes were well written and made you aware that’s what wrong with the world we live in ,people like that need to understand love is love no matter who you are and get on with their own lives as there’s just too much hatred.
Moderate: Death, Homophobia, Grief, and Religious bigotry
